These Terms govern your use of Christopher Demos BlinkSeat.

1. Eligibility and age requirements

• Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts at this time.
• Users aged 13-17 may create accounts only with verified parent or guardian consent.
• Minors may not receive payouts or grant content licenses without parent or guardian consent, and we may require additional paperwork before enabling monetization.

2. User conduct and content rules

You must comply with our Community Policy, including prohibitions on harassment, illegal activity, deceptive conduct, and infringing uploads.

3. Intellectual property and platform license

You retain ownership of content you stream or upload. You grant Christopher Demos BlinkSeat a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, distribute, and display content as needed to provide livestreams, clips, replays, moderation, trust and safety enforcement, and customer support.

4. Payment terms, refunds, and disputes

• Ticket pricing is set by the organizer unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
• Refunds may be issued for stream failures, billing errors, or legal requirements.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes may pause payouts while reviews are pending.

5. SMS Program Terms (Christopher Demos BlinkSeat Alerts)

Program name: Christopher Demos BlinkSeat Alerts.

Program description: transactional and account-related SMS messages, including one-time passcodes, event access links, purchase confirmations, and livestream notifications.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, purchases, security events, and notification choices.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

To receive support keywords by text, reply HELP to any Christopher Demos BlinkSeat SMS.

To opt out, reply STOP to any Christopher Demos BlinkSeat SMS. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent unless you opt in again.

Christopher Demos BlinkSeat does not send promotional SMS messages unless you provide separate, explicit consent.

6. Termination and account restrictions

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, legal requirements, or safety policies. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Paid social advertising restrictions

We avoid paid social ad targeting that is explicitly child-directed unless counsel approves campaign language, targeting, and disclosures in advance.
