1. Eligibility and age requirements

• Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts at this time.
• Users aged 13-17 may create accounts only with verified parent or guardian consent.
• Minors may not receive payouts or grant content licenses without parent or guardian consent, and we may require additional paperwork before enabling monetization.

2. User conduct and content rules

You must comply with our Community Policy, including prohibitions on harassment, illegal activity, deceptive conduct, and infringing uploads.

3. Intellectual property and platform license

You retain ownership of content you stream or upload. You grant BlinkSeat a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, distribute, and display content as needed to provide livestreams, clips, replays, moderation, trust and safety enforcement, and customer support.

4. Payment terms, refunds, and disputes

• Ticket pricing is set by the organizer unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
• Refunds may be issued for stream failures, billing errors, or legal requirements.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes may pause payouts while reviews are pending.

5. Termination and account restrictions

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, legal requirements, or safety policies. You may stop using the service at any time.

6. Paid social advertising restrictions

We avoid paid social ad targeting that is explicitly child-directed unless counsel approves campaign language, targeting, and disclosures in advance.
