1. Prohibited behavior and content

• No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
• No illegal content, violence promotion, or non-consensual exploitation.
• No copyright or trademark infringement.

2. Reporting and enforcement process

Users can report violations through in-product reporting or by emailing safety@streampass.live. We review reports and may remove content, issue warnings, suspend monetization, or terminate accounts.

3. Copyright and DMCA

If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to dmca@streampass.live. We will process notices and counter-notices under applicable law and repeat infringer policies.

If required for your jurisdiction, register your DMCA agent details with the U.S. Copyright Office before scaling user-generated uploads.
