3. SMS Communications

Christopher Demos BlinkSeat sends transactional SMS messages including verification codes, purchase confirmations, and livestream notifications. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

4. SMS consent and disclosure

Users are shown clear disclosure that by entering their phone number, they agree to receive SMS messages from Christopher Demos BlinkSeat.

For livestream notifications, users may explicitly opt in by choosing to follow a streamer and enabling text notifications for future live events.

Christopher Demos BlinkSeat does not send promotional SMS messages without separate user consent.

We collect phone numbers for SMS notifications, and users can opt out of SMS communications anytime by replying STOP.
